Easy Double Track Loop Around Park

This is a great beginner ride or Sunday afternoon cruise. Very little elevation gain and no single track make this an easy loop around the park.

Directions:: From the parking lot head south to the second map board and Oak Canyon Trail. Go through the fence. Ride up Oak Canyon, past Vista Ridge trail. Make a left on Sycamore Loop, about 0.2 miles in. Make another left when you get back on Oak Canyon. Stay to the right when you get to Horned Toad Trail and down the short embankment. Follow Oak Canyon Trail another 0.55 miles to the intersection of Vista Ridge, Skink and Mule Deer Trails. Make a right onto Vista Ridge Trail. When you reach the bottom, about 0.7 miles later, make a left back to the parking lot.
